March 25: Judge
Romans 2:1-4
Judgment seems part of our lives from childhood on. We are continually comparing ourselves to others, trying to achieve more, get more, and be more than someone else. But as this passage warns us, judging others and believing we are superior gets us nowhere—our sins are just as bad as the sins of those we are sneering and passing judgment upon. We need to focus on our own failings and try to improve. We can start by being kinder to others instead of judging them.
